How To Squirt?

So I have tried again and again but never seem to be able to squirt!? Is there a certain way of doing it or what?? Please HELP!!!

Hey!

Well the key to squirting is two fold, the first is to relax. As your paraurethral duct fills with fluid as your G-Spot is stimulated you woull need to relax in order to have the fluid squirt from your vagina; in most cases, women report similar feelings in terms of G-spot orgasms, but hold back and thus do not squirt.
