Hi, well I would totally suggest just being really comfortable around her and instead of approaching it as watching her, as she will very likley be self-conscious, you should engage in mutual masturbation. That's where you both get off by touching each others genitals, then you see if she feels comfortable enough after a few times you should be able to have her confident and comfortable enough to perform in front of you, maybe even with a vibrator if she's brave enough!
