Do all women have a G spot

My girlfriend and I have been together for 2 years and I can only get her to climax orally or by using my fingers on her clit. She's never had a G-spot orgasm even by herself. I really want to please her with a deep orgasm but I can't find the right spot. Do you have any advice?

Women's sexual sensitivity varies from female to female, some women have very sensitive clitoral reactions, where as other women may not elicit the same response.
