My girlfriend is 44 and 10 years divorced. The former husband was abusive, and she is still very gunshy about sex in general. We are making progress and I think a sex toy would speed things up. How do i approach her and what should we start with?

Hmm, bringing in with a sex toy can be intimidating, but it can really bring in a lot of joy for both partners.

The key is to start with a small sex toy that does not become off putting, so with that in mind, a simple bullet vibrator or clit vibe can be the suitable female sex toy to introduce into the bedroom.

So something like the vibrator pictured here would be a good starting point.
