How to Put on a Cock Ring, putting on a cock ring depends most upon the type of cock ring you plan on wearing, the most common being either fitted cock rings or one-size fits all adjustable cock rings. 

Fitted Cock Rings 

Cock rings with pre-set sizes make a nice snug fit, and because of their measured sizes it is important that you measure correctly (see: how to measure for a cock ring) While some fitted cock rings are to be placed around the shaft or shaft and balls in  a non-erect state, this is because a fitted cock ring can not be stretched and removed as an adjustable or rubber type cock ring.

Important note: Don't panic if you can't remove the fitted cock ring on your first try. 

• Grab some lube, place it on the penis shaft and testicles, wipe it off your from your hands and any on the outside of the male sex toy.

• Gently remove the testicles one at a time, giving you more space inside the ring to remove the semi-erect penis from the cock ring.

Cock rings that just go around the shaft of the penis can be put on in an erect state, but may prove more difficult with an erect penis. So it is in your best interest to place the cock ring when in a flaccid state.

First place one testicle at a time inside the cock ring, and then slip in your penis in a flaccid state. Attempting to place the ring around the shaft and balls while erect can prove difficult.
