Kama Sutra Sex Positions

The Kama Sutra was an ancient Indian text that described among other things, how to make love in more creative ways, and that would bring both parties to climax.

Some of those include:

Widely Opened: The male kneel on the surface, while the female raises her thighs and buttocks while wrapping her legs around her partner.  She then arches her back, while the male offers support of the back from his hands while he thrusts.

Splitting Bamboo: Much like a standard missionary position, except that the female lifts one leg and rests it on the same side of her partner’s shoulder. In addition, the legs can be switched if preferred, and from the position deeper penetration can occur.

Milk and Water Embrace: this position requires a chair without arms. The male will take a seat first with his legs open as the female sits down facing the same direction as her partner with her legs outside of his. From this position the male can stimulate the vagina and breasts. The female then rocks back and forth, while the male can raise and lower the female.

The Congress of the Crow: is much like a 69 position but is accomplished by having both partners to lie in the side, slightly folded inwards, depending on height differences between partners.

The Pair of Tongs: In the position the women is sideways, one leg underneath the male (who is standing), and one off the side, as she supports herself with one arm.  The male supports her waist by putting a hand under her side.

The Tigress: The male lies flat, while the women faces away from her partner, sitting down legs crouched but in font and placing one hand on his chest, and using the other for balance. The male then holds her waist and can thrust vertically.

The Lotus: In the position the female lies on her back, and crosses her legs much like in a yoga position while brining her legs as close to her body as possible. From here the male can penetrate with focus on the G-spot.

Suspended Congress: In a standing position resting against the wall the male has the female positioned on top of him, while he supports her by her waist. The woman relies on her partner’s strength to support her as well as her feet against the wall. While more technically difficult and one to pull off after several other positions have been successfully attempted, the Suspended congress can have the women in complete control as the male is focused on supporting his and her weight.

Indrani: is a position that involves the female lying on her back with her legs up and knees bent upwards and towards her chest, while the male penetrates while leaning over here, here the female can control how deep her partner goes by pulling down on him, for more penetration, or resting her legs against him for more gradual insertion.
