Strap on Sex Toys, describes a rather large field of toys designed to allow a user to penetrate their partner with the use of artificial phallic devices. They can be separated into three main categories: Type of harness used, Type(s) of dildo, dong or vibrator used, and method of stimulation (if any) for the harness user.


The harness is most the most important aspect in terms of personal preference for the harness user. They must take into consideration which type of harness, and fabric that they favor and what fits best.


Harnesses come in typically a two-strap, or three-strap configuration.
