No, you can not get a girl pregnant through anal sex, however anal sex presents its own precautions. 

First, the anus contains bacteria from the waste of the body, so a condom should be used for both peoples protection, as a tear  in the anal cavity can lead to an infection in your partner.

Secondly, the anus is much more fragile than you see in a typical porn film. The women you see on camera spend a lot of time warming up, and stretching prior to performing on film. With that being said, lubrication is a necessity as the anus does not lubricate the same way as the vagina and tearing can happen.
