Lasting Longer During Sex

Hey I have a smaller sized dick, about 5 inches and 3 inches around, but i dont last very long, maybe 45 minutes. How do I go longer??

Hey there!

Lasting longer is all about the practice, typically when guys masturbate it's a sprint, and not a marathon, and this trains you to go shorter. So simply spending more time while masturbating can help to last longer. 

Building up the point of climax, then coming to a full stop, will get you to last longer.  Over time you should be able to stop at will.
